This Privacy Policy describes how Fleet Core (“we”, “our”, or “us”), developed by Rama Krishna Group, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android.

• Vehicle & Document Data: Vehicle details, driver information, document types, and expiry dates you enter into the app.
• Usage Data: Login logs, activity within the app, and session information.
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, and unique device identifiers used for push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Biometric Data (optional): If you enable biometric login, authentication is handled locally on your device. We do not store biometric data on our servers.

• Provide and operate the Fleet Core app and its features.
• Send push notifications and email reminders about document expiry.
• Authenticate users securely.
• Maintain login logs and access control.
• Improve app performance and user experience.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Firebase (Google LLC) – for authentication, cloud messaging, and backend services. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Our backend API servers – solely to deliver app functionality.

Your data is stored securely on our backend servers and via Firebase services. We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as required to provide services.

The app sends push notifications for document expiry reminders. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
